After your intial dental exam and cleaning, we will provide for you custom whitening trays and starting whitening kit for a limited time introduction fee of $98. At each six month preventative visit, we will give you a whitening touch up kit for FREE!!
What we ask from you for this free offer, is that you come in every 6 months for your preventative and oral cancer screening visit. And if you need to make any changes to your appointment, you give us at least 48 hours notice. We believe that prevention helps reduce dental emeregencies, reduce costs and promote long term dental health for you.
